Based on Citrix Virtualization technology, HP Networking and Dell Hardware, its infrastructure can accept up to 100 distantly located points, supporting 500 Agents and more than 1500 simultaneous calls. The connection between all the branches of Online Sales and Med Nautilus’ hub is double routed based on different means, with optical fibers as its base, and alternative means such as copper and solid cordless access, ensuring its constant and seamless function, drawing mutual benefits on technologies such as QoS and OSPF for the maximum positive results.
